Do either of you have guidance on a mission critical finance tech stack for one looking to build a team from the ground up in a bootstrapped B2B software business? Many owners I talk to simply use Quickbooks or an outsourced solution but that's obviously not sustainable in the long run. Assuming they have their core systems (ERP, data warehouse, banking, payroll, and CRM), where should founder/CEOs look next to build more scalability and efficiency in their finance function? Or said differently, how would you think about prioritizing a $10-20k budget tech stack spend for a company of around 20 people?
