Timely advice, got this issue myself! Have you come across any 3rd parties that help negotiate lower prices with saas vendors? Maybe they take a cut of the savings, using the same biz model as those bill negotiators that help you lower your cell or cable bill?
Thanks for reading, glad it was helpful. Vendr and Tropic come to mind. You usually need a minimum software spend to get them to negotiate on your behalf so it's worth it for everyone. they charge you a saas like fee and promise to save you a minimum amount. cool biz model.
