Congrats, you've been promoted to regional manager
A quick remix based on an except from the Big Short.
The book, not the movie, because I am a VORACIOUS reader.

The Big Short by Michael Lewis
I celebrated a birthday this week, and the older I get, the more I notice everyone’s just making it up as they go. There’s no Wizard of Oz in [insert industry], concealed behind a curtain with the answers. There’s no omnipresent expert making sure shit goes to plan and selecting who gets to participate.
Part of this is frightening. It means anyone can decide to be Indiana Jones.
And part of this is exciting. It means anyone can decide to be Indiana Jones.
It’s liberating to realize there are less gatekeepers than you think, that you can self-select to become obsessed with something new. Clear for takeoff.
